At MoreBeer!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unopened packaging. Please note that perishable goods like liquid yeast and hops are not eligible for return due to temperature sensitivity.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or contact our support team directly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them back to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
